Payment & Refunds
Payment only via PayPalPayment will come into parts: before any product has been made which will be 50% of agreed price. After completion, which will be the last 50% of agreed price.Work will only start after the first payment and the full drawing png without watermark after the final payment.Full refunds only after the first payment but after sketching it will be 50% less and after color 20% less. If before final payment the final payment will be null, after the final payment there are no refunds
Updates & Revisions
Updates will come as sketch and color.Any revisions must only happen for free till the sketch update, if happens before color update it will add a 50% revision fee to the full payment. after color will add a 70% revision fee to the full payment.Revision is the change of the whole or significant parts of the piece; improvements of the original piece can be stated at any time.Revision fee will be added % to full fee and then whatever is left after subtracted the fist payment will be the last paymentMax 2 revisions
Time
Work can be done in 1-2 days, and any delays will be clearly communicated.Background piece can be done in 4-5 days.
After completion
The final product will be sent over by Email only after the final payment, before a smaller watermarked version will be given.Only personal use, no monetization of any work or commercial use. Will be given a watermarked version and for public display (social media) will require some form of credit.No ai involvement (training and the like)
My safety
I will take screenshots of the interactions and will save.I will need a statement saying that you agree to the T.O.S and that you fully understand it.Any ghosting (4-5 business days without any communication) will end the interaction and whatever payment will be fixed and not RefundedI can and will not respond if I dean it in my best interest.
